Donating baby equipment and clothing
How to donate items

It is through the generosity of others that we are able to help those in need and we are truly grateful to all those who have donated so far.  Most of our stock is donated whilst some items are purchased.  Items need to be clean and in good condition and good working order.

Donations can be made to the church at pre-arranged times. Please contact us if you have some items to donate. We are restricted on storage space so if you are able to pledge items that would be extremely helpful also.

What items can I donate?

We take items that are suitable for babies and children aged 0-2 years.  There are some items that we cannot accept for health and safety reasons ( seats, mattresses, door frame bouncers, damaged or stained goods, or items over 10 years old).
Here is a list of donations that we welcome:

  • clothes (0-2 years),
  • coats/snowsuits,
  • shoes, socks, hats & bibs
  • moses baskets & stands,
  • cots and travel cots,
  • baths and top & tail bowls,
  • high chairs,
  • buggies, cosy toes & slings,
  • bedding (sheets, blankets, sleep-bags)
  • muslins & towels,
  • nappies & baby toiletries
  • change mats, potties
  • bottles, sterilisers & feeding equipment
  • toys, bouncy chairs & play mats,

Any donations that are not suitable will either be sold and used for Willow Tree funding or passed on to other charities.
